Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using trenchschool.com (the "Service"), whether as a visitor, listed platform, or listed trader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we offer

TrenchSchool is a directory that lists trading platforms and traders across Solana, BNB Chain, Ethereum, and other markets. Listing is subject to our review and approval, and we may reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for violation of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your application or profile.
• Impersonate another person, business, or platform.
• Use the Service to promote illegal activity, scams, or fraudulent schemes.
• Attempt to circumvent our rate limits, security controls, or review process.
• Misuse referral codes or attempt to manipulate referral commissions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access to it.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your listing without refund.

4. Accounts and applications

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. Platforms and traders paying by bank transfer or crypto are subject to manual review before their listing goes live. Traders paying by card via Stripe are approved automatically once payment is confirmed, and may be reviewed and suspended after the fact if the listing is found to violate these terms.

5. Subscription billing

Paid listings are billed as recurring subscriptions via Stripe, on either a monthly or annual plan as selected at signup, at the pricing shown to you during checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance of any change.
• Referral discount codes, where applicable, apply a fixed percentage off the listed price and are subject to the terms of the referral code at the time it is used.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at trenchschoolhq@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period — your listing remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content (logos, descriptions, videos, links) you submit, and you grant us a license to display it on the Service for the duration of your listing. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload.

8. Disclaimers

TrenchSchool is a directory only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the trading platforms or traders listed on the Service, and nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice. Trading crypto assets carries risk, and you should do your own research before engaging with any listed platform or trader.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrenchSchool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from your interactions with any listed platform or trader. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
